We are completely delighted to be collaborating once again with India Hicks, whose enthusiasm for our team’s talents is so encouraging. Our first collection, in the autumn of 2021 was a runaway success. The brilliant blues of the denim collection made the spring and long hot summer of 2022 a delight for all, blending utility and fashion brilliantly. This third collection once again brings forward a completely renewed look for the Sail and Soleil totes (and their little Sandwich helper) and now we have added the beautiful, dressy Savannah. Once again, India – writer, designer, former model and all-round creative force – has been deeply involved in the whole process of development, ensuring we have fully retained the uplifting ‘let’s go!’ vibe that made the first collection such a success and which is so core to our work together.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

We aim to dispatch all orders swiftly and in-stock items will usually be dispatched within one business day. However, please bear in mind that we handcraft all our products here at Tusting HQ and intentionally hold low volumes of finished stock. We continuously make small batches of all items in our range, and most orders are sent out within just a few days of receipt. If there will be a delay of more a week before dispatch, we'll be in touch to ask if this may be a problem for you. Please allow for extra time if you have asked for your item to be personalised.

We ship everything by express service. Orders sent within the UK should arrive on the day after dispatch, except for outlying areas, and orders sent overseas will usually arrive within a week of dispatch – often much faster. Shipping is free for UK orders; international charges vary by location. Please click here for more information.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Bespoke orders or items ordered with bespoke alterations (including personalised initials or messages) cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our full returns policy and how-to advice here.

INSPIRATION FOR THE COLLECTION

It’s all about the gorgeous print – directly inspired by the Victorian gold, tan and beige flower print fabric, on a black background, from India’s father’s bedroom at their family home, where India grew up in Oxfordshire. This bedroom is still intact and the extraordinary details of the room’s design include a limited, coordinating palette for all of the books in the room. The pattern from the fabric is meticulously recreated and blended with tiny characters from the decorated spines of the books to bring a new incarnation that pays clear homage to the original room.
