Delivery Information
Delivery charges are per order and vary according to the destination as follows:
Euro Zone: prices shown in the EU are in Euros and are inclusive of all duties, taxes and shipping as long as the order has been placed in Euros.
Non Euro-Zone EU countries (Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Sweden) Delivery to non-Euro Zone EU countries varies and will be shown at checkout. Taxes and Duties are covered by us so there are no extra charges on arrival.
USA: Prices shown in the USA are in USD and are inclusive of all duties, taxes and shipping as long as the order has been placed in USD.
Delivery to other countries including non-EU: £65.00
For all countries outside of the UK, EU and USA, shipments are sent free of UK sales tax but purchasers are responsible for duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped. Shipping to countries outside of the UK, EU, and USA is charged at £65.
Orders are sent to you via a secure designated carrier such as DHL, UPS, etc and will always require a signature on delivery. Orders sent within the UK should arrive on the day after dispatch, except for outlying areas, and orders sent overseas will usually arrive within a week of dispatch. Very small items may be sent by post but will often still require to be signed for.
Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
Please note that, as we use secure courier shipping, we cannot process orders to P.O. Box addresses unless by specific arrangement – please contact us by telephone on +44 (0)1234 712266.

International Delivery Information
To check if your country is one that we currently ship to, please add your required item to your shopping cart and 'go to checkout'. Click on the delivery country field - if your required delivery country is listed, we delivery there; if it is not listed, we do not currently ship there.
We may still be able to ship to you if your country is not listed, please contact us to request a delivery quote.
