Materials
‘Atlantic’ Crafted from carefully selected bovine hides, and with a softly polished finish, our glossy Atlantic leather allows the natural beauty and richness of the hide to show. A perfect leather for handbags, it is light, durable and yet beautifully natural. Suedes The special suede used to create our stunning Gold and Silver Hetties takes a supersoft calf suede which is coated with ultrafine foil and then tumbled to give an amazing crackled and sparkly finish that feels incredibly soft to the touch and yet glimmers beautifully (and does not shed glitter or sequins!). It really has to be seen and felt to know how special it is.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

We aim to dispatch all orders swiftly and in-stock items will usually be dispatched within one business day. However, please bear in mind that we handcraft all our products here at Tusting HQ and intentionally hold low volumes of finished stock. We continuously make small batches of all items in our range, and most orders are sent out within just a few days of receipt. If there will be a delay of more a week before dispatch, we'll be in touch to ask if this may be a problem for you. Please allow for extra time if you have asked for your item to be personalised.

We ship everything by express service. Orders sent within the UK should arrive on the day after dispatch, except for outlying areas, and orders sent overseas will usually arrive within a week of dispatch – often much faster. Shipping is free for UK orders; international charges vary by location. Please click here for more information.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition.
