I purchased a very beautiful handbag from Tusting. I really didn’t know about the brand as I live outside the UK. I was looking for authentic British craftsmanship and résistent leather. I realised Tusting offered all the quality I was looking for so in the opportunity while visiting the UK I order my handbag. As I opened my package I recognised the excellent quality of the leather, the very neat seams and the amazing design. Thank you, Tusting !!

Westminster Folio
I bought the folio with handles, an exceptional and slim design. The interior really shines and contrasts well with the black color I chose. Definitely understated and stylish at the same time. Construction of both stitching and zippers shows it will last a long time if not outlast me! Would highly recommend.

I have been looking for years and years for a 1950’s style handbag that holds more than a lipstick! The Holly handbag is such a high quality bag with perfect styling…I love it! The leather is exquisite (kissable!) and their customer service is prompt and extremely human (as opposed to robotic responses from other companies). The quality of their bags is on par with major luxury brands – you have to get one for yourself to understand. Their bespoke services are unlike any other brand that I have come across: I was able to get my late father’s handwriting debossed in gold in the bag I gifted to my mother. Tusting has become a family heritage piece.

The service was quick and professional.
Love my mini holly, the quality is exceptional. Definitely, ordering another one. Taupe and the Cerise next on my list.

You have to handle one of these pieces to understand the quality.
They are not cheaply made fashion goods. These are pieces your great grand kids will squabble over. I get approached by strangers to ask who made my bags and hotel bell hops tell me they have never handled anything like them. A flight attendant gave one a seat because it was going to be scuffed in an overhead bin. I can go on but I can only say to try something small and experience them for your self.

Pretty purse
The website is so easy to navigate. I found the purse I wanted and the color is gorgeous. The size of the purse is perfect for me. Absolutely love the quality of the purse and will definitely purchase again.

Recently bought the Cardington bag
…(my third purchase from Tusting), and I’m so so pleased. Beautiful quality leather, wonderfully made, feels like it will be a piece that will be with me forever as it will age so well and is an understated design. Love the fact that there is a repair service – by the same craftspeople who make the bags – so really is the opposite of fast fashion. Also love the fact that this is a 5th generation family business, and the bags are made here in the UK in their own factory. The personalisation option (either with initials or with a message inside the bag) is also a really classy option – particularly great as a gift. I know I wiil be back for a fourth bag at some point…..!

Sensational Mini Holly handbag.
Although i was told the mini holly bag was out of stock and i’d need to wait a few weeks( it was over Christmas holidays so was expecting a delay) to my surprise it arrived tracked, signed for and was beautifully packaged with its dust bag way sooner than expected. It’s elegant, petite, beautiful and stylish, surprisingly spacious and definitely an heirloom for the future, well worth the wait! Quality is stupendous.
Service was friendly and excellent- informing me of delay and follow up emails to check i was pleased with purchase. It’s a fabulous bag and it really feels like a bespoke service you get from an understated but excellent British family business. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Tusting enough!
Tusting’s bags are so chic and timeless. Outstanding quality, traditional British design but with a cool twist. Love their partnership with India Hicks too…on my third bag and counting!
But the best thing by far is Tusting’s customer service which is next level. In this day and age when everything feels so transactional and impersonal, when even “luxury” brands make you queue up outside their stores as if waiting to buy a loaf of bread, the Tusting family and their team make you feel like one in a million every single time you reach out to them. This is true luxury to me, thank you Tusting!

What a wonderful British company…
What a wonderful British company producing exquisite hand made products from superior leathers and other materials. Most are sold under their own name but they have also produced for Church’s Shoes and for M & S Best of British range. I recently made many purchases at their annual sample sale. A laptop bag was missing the shoulder strap. No problem as one was swiftly provided to complete a Christmas present. I cannot speak more highly for the company AND its products.

I absolutely recommend Tusting
Firstly, the items I now have are beautiful, fit for purpose and personalised. It was a considered purchase and every time I pick up the bag it makes me feel happy. Secondly, to get the personalised message plus some other requests I had, there was a bit of to and fro which were handled so politely and well. This is a family business and I felt as if I was being welcomed. I absolutely recommend Tusting as an ethical and trusted brand.

Overseas online purchase
Purchased two bags online to be sent to Hong Kong. Both bags arrived timely and in perfect condition. Very happy with the quality. The colours of the bags were exactly as shown on the website.

Great customer service!
I have bought a few bags, one (regular Holly) was exceptional quality, the other (greta) had an issue with the magnetic closure, however, it was it still beautifully crafted. The leather quality is outstanding and the prices are fair. Only reason I go back to them, even though one bag had an issue, is their amazing customer service and leather quality. I highly recommend. Reason for 4 stars is due to the greta bag having an issue with the magnetic closure; it wasn’t strong enough and would cause the bag to easily open up. I had to return but they made the return process easy.

Weekender Bag (Medium)
A few months ago I purchased the Weekender bag in Sundance and finally had a chance to break it out. Amazing leather quality and color and construction. It fits in airplane overhead bins and never broke a sweat for a 1 week trip. It will definitely age well.

Beautiful leather
I have looked at your handbags and decided on Mini Holly in Pecan . Contacted customer services with a query whether in stock, length of strap and despatch as nearing Christmas. Reply was quickly received and order made. Bag arrived, day after order placed, with a little extra, a Ladybird flew out of the packing tissue. Beautiful leather and design. Sits nicely in the hand and a light cross-body. Perhaps a nice addition to the collection would be a small purse to fit inside with wallet, space for cards and coins.

The personal service from Lucy and Gillian was so kind and helpful. This is my 3rd purchase from this company and am so pleased with each bag, quality and finish more than competes with some of my way more expensive Designer bags. The packaging was just so exquisite, I cannot contemplate chucking the beautiful box delivered in. Delivery was so rapid , delivery to Ireland a day after posting .. not something I am familiar with.
