We took a trip to Warlingham Rugby club to meet the ex England and Harlequins Rugby captain to discuss life after rugby, style and of course, what’s always in his kit bag.

Chris gave us some great insights into the process of adjusting from full-time athlete to finding real purpose in the post-retirement life, stressing that others have advised him to be patient, and allow several years to fully adjust. Meanwhile Chris and his wife Camilla invest plenty of time in the charity they have set up, the Kerslake Robshaw Foundation.
