For the first time ever, Pantone – the authority on color, provider of colour systems and leading technology for accurate communication of colour – this year nominated a two tone ‘colour of the year’. The colours – Rose Quartz; “a warmer embracing rose tone”, and Serenity “cooler tranquil blue” – reflect the current consumer trends for calmer, soothing tones.
