Returns Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your order; however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 21 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. Bespoke orders or items ordered with bespoke alterations (including personalised initials or messages) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Enclosed with your order will be a Returns Note. Please complete this in full. Return the product to us in its original, unused condition within 21 days of delivery, ensuring the parcel is properly sealed with the completed Returns Note enclosed.  You should obtain and retain Proof of Postage. In the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel, we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. We offer a free returns service within the UK; if you would like to have your return collected, please contact us for assistance.

We will notify you by email on receipt of your returned parcel. Please allow 30 working days for your refund, exchange or replacement to be processed.

Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded except for UK returns by arrangement with our customer service team – please Contact Us.

In the event that items listed on the Delivery Note do not match those contained in your parcel; or goods are received damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us immediately (within 2 days) by calling Customer Services on +44 (0)1234 712266 (Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm).
