Personalise your briefcase or holdall with your initials or those of someone you are buying for - a very special touch for a gift. We can accommodate up to 4 letters. Initials will usually be placed on an "egg" for briefcases and luggage as in the photograph. Smaller items such as wallets washbags and portfolios will have the intials placed directly on the piece.
Please use the special instructions field in our checkout path to specify your choice of initials, and whether you would like full stops with them. Eg "A.F.G with two full stops" or "GTB with no full stops"

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within two working days of receiving your order. Goods are sent by signed-for courier delivery which delivers next-day to most of the UK.
Deliveries overseas generally arrive within one week.
If any of your chosen items are not in stock we will make them up to order for you and will contact you promptly to advise when we expect to have them ready for you.
TUSTING operates a full, no-quibble 14-day Returns Policy. If you don't like what you've bought, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and post-paid, together with the receipt we sent to you and details of your reason for return. We will refund the full value of the goods, using the same method as the original payment (i.e. a refund to your credit or debit card). Please note that the cost of the shipping cannot be refunded unless we deem the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you. PLEASE NOTE that bespoke and personalised items are only returnable if faulty.
