We aim to dispatch in-stock items within two working days of receiving your order. Goods are sent by signed-for courier delivery which delivers next-day to most of the UK.
Deliveries overseas generally arrive within one week.
If any of your chosen items are not in stock we will make them up to order for you and will contact you promptly to advise when we expect to have them ready for you.
TUSTING operates a full, no-quibble 14-day Returns Policy. If you don't like what you've bought, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and post-paid, together with the receipt we sent to you and details of your reason for return. We will refund the full value of the goods, using the same method as the original payment (i.e. a refund to your credit or debit card). Please note that the cost of the shipping cannot be refunded unless we deem the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you.
