Delivery Information

Delivery charges are per order and vary according to destination as follows:

delivery to UK : £8.50
delivery to EU zone of Europe : £30.00
delivery to USA : £40.00
delivery to other countries in cluding non-EU Europe : £65.00

For countries outside the EU, purchasers are responsible for duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.  A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped.

Orders are sent to you via a secure designated carrier like Fed-Ex, UPS, etc and will always require a signature on delivery. Orders sent within the UK should arrive on the day after dispatch, except for outlying areas, and orders sent overseas will usually arrive within a week of dispatch. Very small items my be sent by post but will often still require to be signed for.

Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

We cannot process orders to P.O. Box addresses unless by specific arrangement - please contact us by telephone on +44 (0)1234 712266.
